Silly Hat Day

This month is Dr. Suess' birthday and in honor of that, Heritage Preschool had a "Silly Hat" day on Thursday. I had the perfect hat for Gavin that we had borrowed from cousin Dani: a coon skin hat, like Daniel Boone himself. Unfortunately, he did not think it was the perfect hat. He would put it on me but there was no way it was touching a hair on his head. So, I told him to just pick a hat that he liked out of his "dress-up" clothes and this is what we got:

He kept calling it his sombrero- even though it was nothing like a sombrero. He was such a cutie too!
